Prologue to the subject..

Agriculture as an activity for living, always amazes me since long.

Though I don't remember when it first touched my mind; but I always wished to be an agriculturist from there deepest in my mind. 

It all came to surface when I got myself admitted to a Vocational Course to become 'Real Estate Agent', conducted by MITCON. Rather was it was a need of my job at the Organisation I'm working with. I was exposed to the job of taking care of the Company's and Owners' properties and administrative work related to those, say like estate manager.

Interaction with the Agents and Land sellers, Lawyers, Architects, Interior Designers, Civil and other Contractors, Care Takers is still a routine for me. It interests me a lot.

Stumbled upon many obstacles and knowledge chunks like - insufficient information, wrong information and of course correct information also; I have gathered pieces of working knowledge over a period of years.

I wish to help all those who want to know more, on land dealings. Kindly note that I'm not a legal practitioner and that's why would tend to simplify the processes and use a language that is understandable to the layman. 

I advise all there to hire a legal expert / lawyer when you enter into any land transaction /deal.

I sincerely hope to that my blog would help those who -

• wish to know more on the subject,
• wish invest in land/ plot,
• wish maintain the existing property/ plot,
• wish to read and understand the documents related to land,
• have questions related to the subject...
